The Fact.

This fine morning we are going to be talking about HAARP, The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program. Work on the HAARP station began in early 1993 and was completed in 2007. The site is located in isolated Gakona, Alaska. The project was funded by the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, The University of Alaska, and Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) and the U.S. tax payer. The HAARP project directs a 3.6 MW signal, in the 2.8–10 MHz region of the HF (high-frequency) band, into the ionosphere. The signal may be pulsed or continuous. Then, effects of the transmission and any recovery period can be examined using associated instrumentation, including VHF and UHF radars, HF receivers, and optical cameras. According to the HAARP team, this will advance the study of basic natural processes that occur in the ionosphere under the natural but much stronger influence of solar interaction, and how the natural ionosphere affects radio signals. 


Now to the conspiracy!


Many people believe that the most prominent instrument at the HAARP Station is the Ionospheric Research Instrument (IRI), a high-power radio frequency transmitter facility operating in the high frequency (HF) band is capable of weather modification. Such as moving weather systems to desirable areas, enhancing the effect of tornados, hurricanes, and other types of natural weather systems, and even causing earth quakes. Truthers believe that HAARP is used in conjunction with privately owned planes that spray a slurry of heavy metals and other not so safe particulates into the sky via a sprayers on the back of jets. These are commonly referred to as chem-trails. the long cloud like lines crossing each other in the day-time sky's over all UN affiliated Nations. Independent small scale studies point to the fact of the IRI being capable of moving moisture dense clouds in witch ever direction desired. Also there is reason to believe the mysterious morgellons disease is linked to the chem-trails, but that is a whole other topic.


My personal opinion 


I believe that the conspiracy is as close to the truth as possible, considering there is absolutely no transparency in our government. We very well may never know the absolute truth about the project. However there are many applications to such a device, as in peace-time or war-time. It could be a great tool or a horrible weapon. One day the sleeping masses will wake up and find themselves not to be in kansas anymore.
